Play It Again Sports

I was driving across the state back home and saw that he had a good selection of golf clubs so I decided to stop by and check them out. I get in there and start looking at golf clubs. I found 2 that i was going to buy but I needed to pee really bad because I had been driving for hours. When I asked him to use the restroom, he told me his bathroom wasn't for the public and I was welcome to go somewhere else to use it. I had to leave his store and drive somewhere else to pee. I called him and told him I was still interested in the clubs but would like a bit of a discount after he forced me to get back in my car and drive somewhere else to pee. His exact words were "im not giving you anything" in a very rude manner. So I told him there was no need to talk to people like that and i was going to leave him a great review and hung up. He immediately called me back and told me that if I left him a bad review, he was going to call the police and tell them I was harassing him and he would get me arrested! Dudes crazy as all get out. Shop at your own risk.

We had such a great experience at Play It Again Sports! The owner personally helped us select and fit an ice hockey helmet and gloves for my son, and he was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It’s so nice to shop somewhere that really takes the time to make sure everything fits safely and comfortably. We’ll definitely be back for more gear in the future!

I will never shop at Play It Again Sports again. We bought used golf clubs for my six year old son and did not realize they were left handed clubs until the next day. I will say we thought the price was fair and worth the amount the store was asking. They were not marked as left handed even though I should have realized they were. That was my mistake not double checking. I was just excited that we found them at that price. I asked about the national return policy and the manager stated they were not affiliated with the national chain. We went back to ask for store credit on them so we could buy some different clubs from them. They refused to take them back and would only offer us 40% of what we paid for them to take them back. I asked about the national return policy and the manager stated they were not affiated with the national chain. The best they could do was to tell us to sell them on our own. I told him we would never do business with them again. All we wanted to do was to receive store credit. We would have spent more with them to ensure we used all the store credit.
